The strongest documented secret is the underground lamp route

Spoilers: according to the Secrets & Easter Eggs reference, an underground route is triggered through ceiling-lamp interactions in Tip's room. This comes from a single player source, not an official developer explanation.

The guide reports that:

1. Reach the room where Tip appears and identify the ceiling lamps.
2. Interact repeatedly and watch for the reported word fragments un → der → ground.
3. Stop if the lamp state or room differs; the source also records an alternative reported order.
4. Confirm the reported transition to a black-and-white anatomy-style area before treating the route as triggered.

Discovery is not interpretation

Not independently confirmed: the exact room, fragments and transition come from one reference we could read in full, last checked August 14, 2026. It says last updated July 27, 2026 but gives no in-game version. A second source supports only the secrets/collectibles category. What the underground area means remains interpretation.
