According to the player-marked answer in the Steam Community thread: click when the ball is directly below the line labeled KICK. The answer reports that the line disappears once the rhythm is established.

Set up the attempt

1. Enter the soccer-ball minigame and make sure the ball and KICK line are visible.
2. Use a normal click on the ball; do not enable an autoclicker or macro.
3. Watch the ball's position relative to the line instead of trying to force a fixed millisecond interval.

Reported visual timing method

Try the attributed method: wait until the ball is just below the KICK line, then click. Repeat on the next return at the same relative position. Not independently confirmed: the method comes from one accepted player answer and predates the July 2026 full release; current full-release compatibility is not stated. No BPM is given.

Check the counter, then retry cleanly

A successful click continues the sequence and advances the visible kick count. A miss ends or resets the attempt. Step away or restart the minigame, wait for the line and ball to return, then rebuild the cadence from the visual cue.
